WhatsApp launches ‘Fingerprint lock’ feature for Android Beta users.

Popular chat app ‘WhatsApp’ has now launched the Fingerprint lock feature for Android users after iOS users. At present, however, this feature has been launched for Android Beta users only. This information was provided by tweeting by WABetaInfo. Using this feature, users can further protect their account chat.
This feature has to be enabled by using fingerprint to open WhatsApp. If WhatsApp is locked, call replay can also be provided.
To enable this feature you will need to update WhatsApp to download version 2.19.221. After downloading the app, open WhatsApp and open Settings. Then click Account and then Privacy. Clicking on Privacy will give you the option to enable the Fingerprint lock feature. You can use this new security feature after enabling it.
This feature gives the user the option of when to use the Fingerprint lock feature when using WhatsApp.
