Manchester City has reportedly hiked Leroy Sane’s transfer fee from 90m to 135m in other to fend off Bayern Munich interest.
According to Kicker, City are irritated with Bayern’s persistent pressure and unguarded utterances about Sane’s deal despite agreeing to keep the transfer talk private.
Its obvious Sane wants to join Bayern but City are careful about sanctioning the sell of a talented winger who posses the skill set to change a game instant.
Selling him off without adequately replacing him will cause a backlash from their fans.
To all but end Sane’s transfer to Bayern, Manchester City chiefs have decided to hike the price and end the pursuit. They know Bayern won’t pay that high and Sane won’t push for a move meaning the deal is off.
