Freak shows are one of the stranger elements of history. Although largely missing from the modern world, in eras gone by the freak show was a permanent fixture of society. Traveling the world, they put genetic abnormality on display like had never before been done. Sideshows also often featured exotic and mysterious items, like pickled punks. It’s no surprise that dark rumor and legend of the supernatural would follow freak shows where ever they go.
