“I’ve never approached a character like the way I’ve done in this film. Thanks to the script and thanks to the filmmaker I had in the film, Dibakar Banerjee, he is a genius… One thing I assure you of this is my best performance till date. So, please come and watch the film. I’m so sure that all of you will like it,” Rajput is quoted by IANS, as having said at a recent promotional event.
Starring Rajput in the title character, ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ has been co-produced by Dibakar Banerjee and Yash Raj Films. The film is slated to release on 3rd April.
