According to Mundo Deportivo, Philippe Coutinho could be heading back to Liverpool on a two year loan deal.
Coutinho is currently deemed surplus to requirement at Barcelona and is free to leave if any club can pay his $130m asking price.
But without offer coming his way or Barcelona, its looks like the Brazilian could be relegated to the bench next season now that Antoine Griezmann has finally joined the club.
Coutinho still remains one of the best attacking midfielder in the world and Liverpool are reportedly closing a deal with Barcelona to bring him back to the club on a 2-year loan deal.
His agent Kia Joorabchian has reportedly dismissed claims he will be leaving the club but from all indications Coutinho will not be a first team player next season.
