“All electrical, water supply, and sewerage outlets will be built along it. Without a design project, in 90% of cases, any conclusions will be forgotten at the renovation stage.”

“In our time, there are a huge bunch of unscrupulous workers, for whom it will be more expensive to redo it than to do it from scratch.”
Finally, the expert advised Russians to try to avoid cutting spending on plumbing fixtures. The saying “The miser pays twice” is more relevant than ever in this situation.
“Cheap plumbing fixtures with internal parts made of silumin will quickly fail. You need to buy trusted manufacturers with internal brass parts.”
For all other points, Orlov insists, budget options can already be considered.
