Third UPSC CSE Topper from Bihar
Bihar is known for producing IAS and other civil services officers. However, the state has not produced many toppers. Amir Shubhani was the first IAS topper from Bihar. He had done it in 1987. Later, Alok Jha (IFS Officer) had topped UPSC in 2000 (he didn’t select IAS). Shubham is just the third topper from Bihar.
