nMr. Sinha has completed schooling from the prestigious St.nMichael’s School, Patna. He did graduation from Hindu College, DelhinUniversity. He had cracked UPSC Civil Services Examination in 1980 and got IPS.nHe again appeared in the examination and with better rank got IAS with Biharncadre.

nDuring all these years, Shishir Sinha has work wonderfully.nHe was shunted out by Lalu Prasad Yadav because of his caste and relationshipnwith BJP stalwart C P Thakur. As a matter of fact, Mr. Sinha is Bhumihar byncaste and son – in – law of C. P. Thakur. Shishir Sinha was also accused tonhave soft corner for Ranveer Sena. However, there is no proof to substantiatenthis outrageous allegation.
