New Zealand former paceman Shane Bond has been appointed as a bowling coach for New Zealand cricket team.

Bond, 37, said, “This is a role I have worked towards since I stopped playing, The experience of playing for New Zealand exceeded my expectations and I’m sure it will be no different as a coach.”

Bond will join the Black Caps to be a part of the coaching later this month to Sri Lanka.
