Senegal FA Chief Saee Seck has called on his country man Sadio Mane to ditch mediocre Liverpool and join the world best club Real Madrid.
Seck of the opinion that Mane has won all there’s to win with Liverpool {the Champions League and the Golden boot} and now is the time to leave them and join Zinedine Zidane’s star studded team.
Mane 27, is arguably one of the top 5 best footballers in the world and any club that signs him will certainly compete for titles.
“Everybody in the world knows that Mane is in the top ten best footballers in the world and he has achieved significant success at Liverpool in the past season”, Seck told the Mirror when asked if Mane should leave Liverpool for Real Madrid.
“He alongside Mo Salah and Firmino are phenomenal. But this is football and he won the Champions League last season and he has the chance to go to Madrid. For me i think it’s the best club in the world, even if i am a Barcelona fan i still think Real is the best and Mane should be thinking of that offer seriously”.
Zinedine Zidane is reportedly interested in working with Sadio Mane and he willing to let Marco Asensio join Liverpool plus cash to get the Senegalese top shooter.
He added: “The career of a footballer is very short and sometimes you don’t get the chance a lot so if it’s there, and i think Zidane likes him, why not? He played in Southampton and when the chance came he took it and went to Liverpool and he has held the challenge well in England.
“I think he will do well with another challenge in another country”.
Senegal will play Tunisia in the semi final of the Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday and Sadio Mane will be in contention to start.
