Samsung Flagship Flip Phone Launched: Flip Phone were made about a decade ago. They were so famous in between 2007-2010. Now, Samsung is again going to make it a trend by launching the Flip Phone in China. We don’t have the exact date when it will be released outside China and we are looking at it so closely. The company released the specs of this smartphone on its website for Chinese region.
Samsung has made the flip phone which can be a good choice for many users who doesn’t have any idea about smartphones can now get the feel of smartphone in the form of their used mobiles. The SM-G9298 is successor to last year’s W2017 and going by the history of recent Samsung flip phones, this year’s version might just also end up being a China-only affair.

Coming to the specifications, SM-G9298 packs a 4.2-inch Super AMOLED display panel with FHD resolution. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The phone also sports an expandable storage slot so that users can add a microSD card to expand their storage. There’s a 2,300 mAh battery, a configurable hotkey, and an Always-on display
Coming to the camera, the company has packed about 12 MP camera module with f/1.7 aperture for better low-light photos, on the back of the smartphone. It has also add a 5 MP camera module on the front of the smartphones for selfies. Samsung has also packed Samsung Pay along with wireless charging in this device. The company has not announced any details about availability or pricing at the time of writing. Last but not the least, the smartphone will only be available in ‘Black’ colour.
Samsung is yet to release its next annual flagship phablet Samsung Galaxy Note 8. This smartphone is rumored to be released on August 23rd as a good competition to iPhone 8 which is yet to be released in September.
