Dr Ian Pearson has claimed that in less than ten years more women will opt for toys over the real thing, reports The Mirror.
As new developments are made in the pleasure aid industry, Dr Pearson warns it will eventually overtake human intercourse.
In a report, called ‘The Rise of the Robosexuals‘ Dr Pearson makes a number of surprising predictions about the sex industry.
By 2030, most people will have some form of virtual sex.
By 2035, the majority of people will own sex toys.
We will start to see some forms of robot sex appearing in high-income households as soon as 2025.
We will start to see robot sex overtaking human-human sex by 2050.
