Pakistani Cricketer Mohammad Amir released from jail

Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Amir has been released from jail after serving half of a six-month sentence. Amir is likely to spend few weeks in London to meet his lawyers before returning to Pakistan.

In February last year ICC banned Amir for five years with his team-mate Mohammad Asif for seven-year ban, addition two years suspended, and Salman Butt was banned for ten years.
