Manchester City have signed West Brom’s highly rated teenager Morgan Rogeres for £8m which could raise to £10m.
The transfer will be the biggest Premier League transfer for a 16-year-old since Theo Walcott went to Arsenal in 2006.
The England Under-17 midfielder is now set for a medical at the Etihad before putting pen to paper on a four year contract.
According to Baggies source, Morgan style of play is similar to Tottenham’s star Dele Alli but he is quicker and stronger which have made some to believe he will push for first team football under Pep Guardiola.
