Norwich City manager Daniel Farke is optimistic his team can cause an upset this Friday when they face Liverpool in the opening match of the 2018/19 season.
The Canaries are back to the top flight after three absence and hoping to remain at least this season before the eventualities.
Farke is not ready to let anyone down, especially the supporters and has vowed do his best when his team face the European champions at Anfield.
Liverpool are unbeaten at Anfield since 2017 and have lost just once in 24 matches against Norwich City.
“You can discuss it but they are one of the best teams in the world”, Farke said during his press conference.
“For me, probably the best at the moment. It’s the toughest task you can get to start.
“We know we are the underdog and not the big favourite but won’t raise the white flag. One thing i can promise is that we will be greedy to be there with a good performance but also a good result”.
