A new app allows you to spy on you partner or friends to see how much battery life they have left on their phones.

Battery Share is the app which will ends the excuse: “My phone died” when people query why they did not receive a reply to their texts.
If users agree to share their information with each other, the app ‘connects’ the phones and informs users when pals are running low on battery, when their battery had died, and when their phone is being charged.
Terry Demco, creator of Battery Share, told the Daily Mail: “I really needed to get a hold of someone, and couldn’t. I figured that I must not be the only one this has happened to.
“So from that, came this app.”
