Key Points
Neeraj KumarnPawan was considered a bright and dynamic IAS officer of Rajasthan. He used tonbe regarded as a result oriented officer who never compromises on administrativenvalues, integrity and probity. However, his arrest in the infamous NRHM Scamnhad literally shaken the trust general public hold for a seeminglynincorruptible Civil Servant. The multi headed hydra of Indian administration, nnamely corruption, has again shown its face in the form of Neeraj Pawan. And, when he was again reinstated, the ACB raids against officials of RSLD (Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation), of which Neeraj is the Chairman, has raised eyebrows. His phone was also seized for examination.
