Laurel Police Officer’s Vehicle Strikes Local Church In Bethel 1-25-17

There’s a reason I’ve provided so many pictures of this scene. If you look at the parking lot, (gravel) you’ll notice there’s no scrapes or disturbance in the stones. Someone never hit the brakes?

If you know this area, it’s a 25 MPH zone. Do tell us how a vehicle could swerve off the main road and directly into the Church/Community Center without slamming on the brakes.

Some witnesses are seriously questioning just WHO was at the wheel at the time. Perhaps that will be answered in comments.

It turns out two Laurel Officers were first to show up on the scene and then at a later point a DE. State Police showed up. No breathalyzer was taken, according to witnesses. Welcome to the Eastern Shore.
