Kim Jong-un searching for a man to be his sister’s husband – any takers?

If you’ve ever fancied marrying the sister of one of the planet’s most enigmatic dictators, today’s your lucky day.

But only if you are a graduate or student of Pyongyang’s Kim Il-sung University, 5’10 tall, ‘good looking’ and have served in the North Korean army.
That’s the criteria to be the future husband of Kim Yo-jong, the sister of Kim Jong-un and North Korea’s most powerful woman.
The leader of the secretive nation will personally lead the search for his brother-in-law.
He will vet the 30 candidates who all meet the specific criteria, the Sun reports.
His sister, 29, was elected to the nation’s powerful Central Committee this month.
A defector, who fled North Korea for South Korea, told the Sun: ‘Students at Kim Il-sung University had to step aside to make way for Yo-jong in the hallway and no one was allowed to get in the same elevator with her except her classmates.
‘He chose 30 university graduates and students enrolled in master’s programs who served in the North Korean People’s Army. They were all members of the Workers’ Party, with outstanding appearance and height taller than 175 centimeters.’
The regime’s previous attempt to find her a husband in 2012 failed when no men lived up to the family’s standards.
But since her move into high office was revealed at the 7th congress, held for the first time in 36 years this month, the marriage mission has been kicked back into gear.
