In that case also, he/she won’t be able to apply.nSince the Government had cancelled entire process, hence there isn’t as suchnany compulsion. Will it create legal trouble for JSSC – CGL? Yes, there isnpossibility of legal problem. Since outsiders had cleared prelims and not beingnallowed to take part in the fresh recruitment drive, they may challenge it. Ifnyou are allowing Jharkhand candidates who had cracked prelims, then that mightncreate problem.
