The first electric vehicle from the American brand thus supplanted the Volkswagen ID. Buzz (241 points) and the Nissan Ariya (211 points), which completed the podium places. Further behind were the Kia Niro (200), the Renault Austral (163), the Peugeot 408 (149) and the Toyota bZ4X (133).

With a launch price of 39,500 euros in Portugal, the Jeep Avenger is equipped with a new engine, manufactured by Emotors – a company resulting from the merger of Stellantis and Nidec Leroy-Somer Holding -, which supplies 115 kW, which corresponds to to 156 hp of power, and 260 Nm of maximum torque.
The Avenger also has a battery capacity of 54 kWh, made up of 17 modules and 102 cells, which use the NMC 811 lithium-ion chemistry and allows a range of 400 km in the WLTP cycle, a figure that rises to 550 km in the urban cycle .
