- Inam Ul Haq Mengnoo, the husband of Inayat Khan, is annIPS officer of 2012 batch. They had started to see each other during foundationncourse at LBSNAA. He was originally from Assam Meghalaya Cader. However, he hadnrequested about cader transfer after marrying Inayat which was accepted by thenGovernment. He is now a Bihar Cader IPS officer.
- Inayat Khand had offered to adopt two daughters of Pulwama martyrs. This was widely reported by the media. However, it is notnknown whether she had actually adopted those two daughters, or her offer wasnpolitely declined by the family. In all probability, it seems she has notnadopted and still getting accolades for something which she had not done.
