Healthy Granola Recipe
Granola has become extremely popular in recent years. It is something very versatile and healthy, especially when it is made at home and with the right ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil or unrefined coconut oil
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons natural brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Preparation mode:
- Heat the oven to 140ºC. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, maple syrup, sugar and salt. Add oats, coconut, and sunflower and pumpkin seeds and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until the granola is golden brown and dry, 45 to 55 minutes. Let it cool down completely.
