Far Cry New Dawn System Requirements and Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 Blackout Free To Play This Week

Looking for new games to play or are you just bored with your library? Well here are some good news, the system requirements for Far Cry New Dawn have just been released and Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Blackout is free to play for one week.

A new Far Cry game is on its way, named New Dawn. So if you are looking to play it and see how this new place of heaven from Montana after surviving a small nuclear attack looks like, you will not need a very powerful PC.

Ubisoft released the systems requirements for Far Cry New Dawn, and here they are:

Minimum recommended settings for Far Cry New Dawn at 720p resolution:

CPU: Intel Core i5 2400 @ 3.1 GHz or AMD FX 6350 @ 3.9GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Video Card: GeForce GTX 670 or Radeon R9 270X with 2GB VRAM

OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 64 bit

Recommended settings for Far Cry New Dawn at 1080p resolution: 

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790 @ 3.6GHz or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.2GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Video Card:GeForce GTX 970 or Radeon R9 290X with ~4GB VRAM
HDD: 30 GB
OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 64 bit

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700 @ 3.4GHz or AMD Ryzen 5 1600X @ 3.6GHz

HDD: 30 GB

Recommended settings for Far Cry New Dawn at 4K resolution and 60FPS (ultra settings):

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K @ 4GHz or AMD Ryzen 7 1700X @ 3.4GHz
RAM: 16 GB
Video Card: GeForce GTX 1080 running in SLI or Radeon RX Vega 56 running in Crossfire
HDD: 30 GB
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

Far Cry New Dawn will be released on the 15’th of February 2019, so until then make sure you have your PC ready for action.

Activision announced that Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Blackout will be free to play from 17 January to 12 January 2019. The offer stands for all versions including PC, Xbox One and PS4.

If you don’t remember what this game is about, the Blackout mod is the Battle Royale component of Call of Duty Black Ops 4. The mod combines all the maps from the game series into a huge map where you can have fun with the entire arsenal from Call of Duty and the FPS mechanics of the franchise.

Do note that the game will not remain in your possession after the free to play ends and you will have to buy it to continue the adventure. The game is available for download on Battle.net
