Ed Sheeran to make Bollywood debut in ‘Happy New Year’ sequel?

British musician Ed Sheeran was photographed earlier this week with Abhishek Bachchan while he was in India. It is thought that during the meeting, there were talks that Sheeran would be a part of the sequel of Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ (2014).

Sheeran is thought to have attended a party thrown by Bachchan. British tabloid, The Sun, report Khan saying, “It was a surprise when my cousin Zubin called me from London to say that Ed Sheeran was going to be in town and wanted to meet up with me and my Bollywood friends.”

“Not only did Ed hit it off with Abhishek, but before I left, they both also decided that Ed would act in Happy New Year 2,” continued Khan.

Bachchan has been keen on a sequel to the film the moment promotions were over and maybe Khan will also think about creating one sometime soon.
