Does Infidelity always lead to divorces?

The Indian male dominant society has always dealt with this sensitive issue of Infidelity in a very different manner. On one hand, where the male counter-parts enjoy utmost freedom and dominance in their relationships, the women side has seen the adverse side of it. This saga has been continuing for centuries now but today we are witnessing a new dawn in the way relationships are being catered.

According to Gleeden “72% of unfaithful Indians don’t regret having cheated on their partners”

The busy corporate lives, working couples, metro lifestyle and the era of social media has changed everything drastically. Today, we have next-gen couples who are self-efficient, have their separate groups & gatherings and might follow a lifestyle which could be contradictory to each other beliefs. Women living in metropolitan cities are ambitious and know what they want in life and more importantly, they have access to options today.

According to Gleeden “30% of the subscribers are women, the most of which are married or in a long-term relationship”

Today’s women unlike their previous generations are not willing to compromise with their self-respect, wanting and desires. If they are not getting this from their spouses, they might venture outside. This does not mean that they end their relationships but find an escape door for themselves.

According to Gleeden “34% of the encounters lead to a real date in the next 10 days”

This practice has been followed by the ‘men’ in the society for centuries now. Today, with the empowerment of women and the rise of the equality culture, the ‘women’ in the society has her say now! Today, she refuses to stay neglected and bury her desires amongst the liabilities of her children and family. She also has equal rights as her counter-part to enjoy her life and feel wanted.

According to Gleeden “48% of women looking for extra-marital encounters choose Gleeden to find a lover”

We all must be aware of the fact that Infidelity is committed due to multiple reasons and the problems can be valid for both the genders. The idea may not be supported by the society but for some it’s a necessity. Presence of someone in our lives who makes us feel wanted and loved is something desired by every human who has walked the face of mother earth, so why differentiate?

According to Gleeden “52% of women and 57% of man have already cheated on their partners during a business trip”

It was always easier for men to get access to someone outside their wedlock to fulfil their needs but the women have to face the society every time. Today, with the advent of technology and the rise of dating apps and other social-media platforms women too have options now. But catering to these options does not mean the end of their marriages!

Couples do want to continue their marriages for their children, families and the so called societal pressure but today they don’t want to neglect their personal life as well. Many have found a sound balance between both and are much happier than in their marriages than ever before.
