Neymar has again biting the finger that feeds him after describing PSG’s most humiliating match as his favourite.
PSG were torn to shreds by Barcelona who came back from a 4-0 defeat to crush them 6-1 with Neymar scoring twice in that game.
Neymar was the one that provided the final assist for Sergi Roberto to score and send Barcelona through to the semi final. The defeat was hard to swallow as the fans and players both wiped in shame..
Asked to describe his best moment in football, Neymar said:
“The best memory in a locker room? Ahh.. I don’t know..”, he told reporters.
“Well, when we won against PSG with Barcelona, it was completely.. we all went crazy afterwards. I believe it was the best possible feeling for all of us.
“What we felt when we scored the sixth goal, i never felt something like this. It was incredible”.
Neymar’s words will certainly hurt PSG chiefs who signed him in 2017 for a world transfer fee to help bridge the gap between them and Barcelona. But unfortunately, that investment has backfired.
The Brazilian has made a fortune with PSG while failing consistently to elevate the club’s status in Europe.
Now he wants to go back to Barcelona and wouldn’t mind saying any childish thing that pops into his brain including mocking the club that feeds him.
