nBut National Sock Day is about actual socks, socks meant to be worn. Pair of Thieves promises to donate a pair of socks to someone in need for every hashtag #nationalsockday, up to 1 million pairs.

nI know that I like to use socks as a stocking stuffer, because they’re smallish and squishable, and because they tend to wear out in about a year, and because my kids like them. So I buy socks every December. Usually I choose a few practical socks –
