Breakthrough! Barcelona to sign Neymar on loan and next summer permanent

Barcelona are closing in on signing Neymar after the Catalan giants made a breakthrough in the negotiations.
Neymar will rejoin Barcelona on loan this summer and next season, a fee believed to be £165m will be paid to PSG who are getting fed up with his presence.
According to Marca, PSG has rejected every deal involving a player plus cash swap with Barcelona and have decided to let Neymar leave after the player told the club chiefs he will never play for them again.
The Brazilian’s attitude have worked well in annoying several top officials including sporting director Leonardo who now wants Neymar gone even loan despite insisting Barcelona pay £273m and later £165m.
Now, a loan offer seems to be the best for both parties.
