The season is yet to start but already doomsayers have pinpointed four reasons why Real Madrid’s season will go down the drain.
Number one reason will the be injury to Marco Asensio who will miss the rest of the season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament during Madrid’s friendly clash with Arsenal. He would’ve been a game changer for Madrid.
Secondly is the inability of Madrid to attract buyers for Gareth Bale who looks to be burning a hole in Madrid’s enormous wage bill. Zidane wants him gone and will do or say anything to make that possible.
Sadly, nobody wants Bale and he will remain at Madrid and work with a manager that don’t like him.
Thirdly, Madrid’s defense is shit! Atletico Madrid 7-3 hammering proved Zidane and his coaching staff needs work on their defense.. It so easy to break through and score.
And finally, Madrid’s £150m signing Eden Hazard is seven kilos overweight. The 27-year-old is not the player Madrid signed from Chelsea.
Hazard is struggling to get back to shape and Madrid chiefs are worried he could be a big problem going into the new season.
Already, Florentino Perez has distance himself from Hazard claiming he was signed because Zinedine Zidane wanted him and not necessarily a club priority. So if the project fails, Zidane will be the man leaving and not him.
Hopefully, that won’t be the case, Hazard must shed of the extra weight as well as the fat booty to get Madrid ticking before another bomb goes off in Madrid’s technical dugout.
