Spain’s Barcelona Club, 1 billion 47 million euros in the season 2019-2020 announced a record revenue expectation.
In a written statement from the club, Barcelona, which has the highest income among sports clubs in the world, reportedly strengthened this feature.
In the statement regarding the budget target of the new season, it is foreseen that the 2019-2020 fiscal period will be closed with 11 million euros and that the tradition of closing the budget with profit will continue since the 2011-2012 season.
The total profit in the last 9 years will reach 213 million euros.
Barcelona Club expects an income of 1 billion 47 million euros with an increase of 6 percent (133 million euros) in the 2019-2020 season compared to the previous season and predicts that the expenses will reach 1 billion 7 million euros and the profits will be 11 million euros when the taxes are removed.
Barcelona Club announced before the ordinary general meeting on October 6 in the budget, the income target, one year before the projected over 1 billion euros was emphasized.
