Manchester United defender Eric Bailly sidelined for three months
Manchester United defender Eric Baily has twisted his ankle after colliding awkwardly with Son Heung-min during Thursday’s friendly, which ended 2-1 to Untied.
Recent reports from the club’s medics indicates that Baily could be out for three months due to a tear in his right ankle.
The defender is turning into a injury prone player having manged just 12 appearances last season which unfortunately ruled him out of the AFCON with Ivory Coast. And Now, he is out for three months after playing just two pre-season matches.
With him out, the call to sign Harry Maguire is growing louder and louder.
Bruno Fernandes speaks about United
Manchester Untied target Bruno Fernandes has again spoken about his interest in moving to the Premier League.
Fernandes was in action against Liverpool on Thursday night and scored a 40-yard stunner although thanks to Simon Mignolet who spilled the ball into his own net and further justified why he Liverpool’s number 2 keeper.
“Yeah! I want to play in the Premier League but we’re still working on it”, Fernandes told reporters when asked about joining Manchester United.
“United is a big club with big ambition and any player will want to be part of it. If it works out fine, i will be there’.
