Article 15 director Anubhav Sinha gets his OscarFilmmaker Anubhav Sinha helmed one of the most critically and commercially successful films of 2019, Article 15. While the film did not make the cut for India’s official entry for the Oscars this year, Anubhav Sinha said that he has got his Oscar. Veteran filmmaker Shyam Benegal recently praised the film. Sharing a screenshot of his kind words for the film, Anubhav Sinha took to Twitter and wrote, “Ye raha mera Oscar” (This is my Oscar). Shyam Benegal said, “It is really heartening to see movies like Article 15 being made. It is almost documentary-like in its approach which adds a lot to the conviction of the story”

The film had a huge impact on the audience and was much appreciated by all. It was also the first time that had Khurrana playing a tough cop.
