I stumbled upon this, and maybe viewers know the answer.
There are boarded up homes, (appears they are all owned by
Wicomico County Housing Authority) all over Fruitland and Salisbury.
We stumbled upon some on Davis St, Grace St, Off Hammond St, etc.
Why? I am told they have been like that for years.
If I was a citizen and had a vacant boarded up home would that be legal?
Didn’t Ireton start a humiliation campaign against homeowners for this?
How is this legal, fair or safe? Talk about bringing down a neighborhood’s value.
Why is the county not held to the same standards the citizens are?
You can find these on google maps.
Just to name a few of the many:
709 Grace St
145 Davis St
147 Davis St
700 Jefferson St
