The England and Wales Cricket Board has awarded the Player of the Year award to Jonathan Trott for Consistently doing well in cricket.
Based on the votes of British cricket media
the award is given to that players who played significant role in the performance of the year to England. Trott was born in South Africa from the beginning of the 2010 till the end of the World Cup season, He scored 2246 with an average of 68.06
It include Seven centuries and last year 226 runs against Bangladesh in Lords.In Ashes, His average is 89 which is best after Alastair Cook.
Trott said: “I am very happy with this honor. Last year was my best year of my career.It’s proud to be part of England Team. I am lucky that I am part of such a hardworking team. Without the cooperation and dedication of my fellow players, i could not get this award. The entire team is honored.
