Mahela Jayawardene 10,000 Scores in Tests

Sri Lankan Experienced batsman Mahela Jayawardene became first batsman of his team and ninth batsman in the world to score 10,000 runs in Test Cricket history.

34-year-old batsman, Jayawardene achieved 10,000 runs milestone on the first day of the second Test against South Africa in Durban on Monday.

Record of Fastest 10,000 runs is named to Brian Lara and Sachin Tendulkar. They both achieved their milestone in 195 innings. Ricky ponting achieved in 196 innings and Rahul dravid with 206 innings
