The latest civil case was filed on Friday against Combs, his companies, and several associates. The lawsuit seeks undisclosed damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and other harm.
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe met Combs abroad in 2020. She claims the assaults and harassment continued until July 2023. The woman states that she was often coerced into traveling to Combs’ homes in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and other cities. During these visits, she alleges that Combs would make her “perform a show” for him.
In one disturbing incident from July 2022, Jane Doe claims she blacked out after being forced to take drugs, including ketamine. Afterward, she took a pregnancy test and informed Combs that it was positive. According to her, an associate of Combs pressured her to get an abortion. The lawsuit states that she ultimately had a miscarriage.
Jane Doe is represented by lawyers Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio. They allege that Combs and his associates tracked her location and monitored her conversations. She also claims that Combs discouraged her from working and provided her with an “allowance” to control her.
In a statement, Ms. Napoli emphasized, “No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
Combs has been facing civil allegations, including rape, sexual assault, and forced drugging, since November 2023. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking but remains in jail after being denied bail. His attorney maintains that Combs is innocent and will fight to clear his name.
As of now, a lawyer for Combs has not responded to the allegations made in the recent lawsuit when contacted by the Associated Press.
