Negi made her acting debut with Sapnon Se Bhare Naina in 2010 and also been a part of Bade Acche Lagte Hain.
nShe participated in Nach Baliye Season 6 with her partner and Rithvik Dhanjani and the couple was declared the winning couple of the season. She also participated in Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 6 and was semi finalist.
