A hundred young musicians from Europe live in Belgrade
Young musicians gathered in the Orchestra of a hundred young people will perform a concert called “For Europe tomorrow” on Saturday, August 30 in Kolarac Endowment, and the next day in Novi Sad.

Around 12 to 20 young musicians from music schools from Italy, Slovenia, Macedonia and Serbia are staying in Belgrade from 25 to 31 August in the framework of the educational musical project “Music Association of Youth” of the Association for Culture “GAIA events” from Italy.
In the project of artistic cooperation between young musicians from various countries of the Italian Association for Culture “GAIA events”, the Music schools are connected with the Ðuzeepe Verdi Conservatory in Milan, the Music School of the Garda from the city of Desenzano del Garda, the Music School in Sankt Gilgen (Austria) , Music School “Josip Slavenski” from Belgrade (Serbia), DoReMi Music School from Bled (Slovenia) and Music School “Metodi Pace” from Ohrid (Macedonia).
For several years, young musicians from various countries of Europe have been meeting together to perform a series of musical activities that, after intensive work and learning, culminate with a concert whose original creators and organizers are themselves musicians.
This year, the Orchestra of one hundred young people, as guests of the City Municipality of Vracar, are staying at the resort of Sport and Recreation Education Center Vracar “Shaplja stena” in Avala, where they take part in seminars held by musicologists and experts for individual musical instruments, announced the Information Service of the city municipality of Vracar.
President of the Municipality of Vracar Branimir Kuzmanovic, Mayor of the city of Desenzano del Garda Roza Leso and director of the Italian Institute for Culture in Belgrade Sir Miori will talk with the musicians and attend the “Orkestra sto mladih” rehearsals tomorrow at 18 o’clock in the “Shuplja stena” resort.
At the end of the seminar, young musicians gathered in the Orchestra of a hundred young people will perform a concert entitled “Europe for Tomorrow” on Saturday, August 30 in Kolarac Endowment and the following evening in cooperation with the Music Youth of Novi Sad in the Synagogue in Novi Sad.
