Liverpool’s highly rated teenager Ben Woodburn will leave Merseyside and join league one Oxford United on loan.
Woodburn spent last season on loan at Sheffield United but struggled for first team football which hindered his development.
Now back at Liverpool, Woodburn is expected to move to Oxford and link up with former Liverpool player Karl Robinson who now manages the club.
The 19-year-old Wales international became Liverpool’s youngest goalscorer in 2016 when he broke Michael Owen’s Liverpool age record by scoring against Leeds aged 17 years 45 days.
His last appearances for Liverpool was back in 2018 against Brighton and ever since, he moving from one club to another.
