Apparently, eightncontestants (6 Kiwis, that is men from New Zealand, and 2nAustralians) were flown to a mystery location last Monday. They hadnto somehow get to Fieldays—but they each had to stop in specificntowns and complete various tasks. The winner takes home a $23,000nprize package!

nAnothernfeature of Fieldays is “Kiwi’s Best Kitchen,” in which visitorsnare plied with the best of Kiwi dishes and beverages. I am not sayingnthat all the food features kiwi fruit or (heavens, no!) roasted kiwinbird! As I’m sure you’ve figured out, “Kiwi” is a nickname fornanything New Zealand, just as “Aussie” is a nickname fornAustralian people and things.
