Key Points
ceremonies have been modified this year, due to the global pandemic. Each ceremony will be small (20 people or fewer), will be held in a disinfected venue, and will be attended only by those with a 96-hour negative test result – and will be temp checked as well! Even with all those precautions, the ceremony will be masked, distanced with individuals around 6 feet (2 meters) apart, and only one person will raise the flag. No students may attend a flag ceremony, and no souvenir flags will be handed out.
The UAE flag has the usual Pan-Arabic colors of red (for courage and unity), green (for prosperity and hope), white (for cleanliness and honesty), and black (for strength of mind). The theme of the overall flag is unity of Arab nations.
The United Arab Emirates has some amazing sights. Dubai is famous for its amazing-osity, but there are other amazing cities and beautiful sights!
