However, some users circumvent this through the application of the virtual private network “VPN,” according to the British newspaper “The Guardian.”
Earlier this week, state media in China spoke of the “risks” involved in this robot, which is being developed by the US company OpenAI.
It said the bot could potentially be a way for the United States to “spread false information.”
