University Rankings in Ireland
Trinity College Dublin is the highest ranked institution in Ireland according to the Sunday Times University Rankings in Ireland. In addition Trinity College was ranked among the top 50 universities in the world (43rd) and 13th in Europe by the Times Higher Education Supplement (THES) World University Rankings.

The College achieved excellent rankings across all five discipline categories. Trinity College is the only Irish university to achieve a place in the top 50 world universities.
University College Dublin is placed in the top 2 in Ireland. It is also rated as one of the world’s best universities according to THE-QS World University Rankings, ranked 89th overall (up from 108th), and in the world’s top 100 for the subjects of: Arts & Humanities (72nd internationally), and Social Sciences (77th internationally).
University College Cork (UCC) is a constituent university of the National University of Ireland. UCC is highly regarded one of the leading research institutions in the State and its research income is consistently one of the highest in the country. It was named the “Sunday Times Irish University of the Year 2003-2004”.
